Effective April 1, 2021 the Westerlo Town Parks will reopen for events and social gatherings. 

·       Per the Governors directives of March 22, 2021, gatherings will be limited to a maximum of 200 people.

·       Social Distancing should be maintained.

·       Individuals must wear face coverings when they are in a public and are: within six feet of distance from other individuals; or in a situation or setting where they are unable to maintain six feet of distance from other individuals.

·       Those hosting or sponsoring events / gatherings are encouraged to provide sanitization stations and disinfectant for patrons or guests.

Westerlo Town Park

  • $50.00 for residents
  • $100.00 for non-residents

Blaisdell-White Memorial Town Park

  • $25.00 for residents
  • $50.00 for non-residents

 Both parks open early morning until 10:00 pm, may close earlier during the winter.

Westerlo Town Park – Located on the outskirts of the hamlet of Westerlo on County Route 401. Features include a large pavilion with electric, men and ladies restrooms with running water and hose hookup, barbecue pits and picnic areas.

Outdoor activities include:

  • 2 Tennis courts
  • Basketball court
  • Horseshoe pits
  • Softball Field
  • Little League Ballfield
  • Volleyball net
  • 2 playgrounds (1 for young children, 1 for older children)
  • Nature trails in the summer
  • Snowmobile trail
  • Cross-country skiing
  • Snowshoeing

Blaisdell-White Memorial Town Park – Located in South Westerlo on County Route 401. Features include a small pavilion with electric, portable restrooms, well with hose hookup.

Outdoor activities include:

  • 2 Little League Ballfields
  • Basketball courts
  • Playground
