Property Tax Bills are sent out on January 2nd, no penalty during January, 1% penalty during February, 2% penalty during March. No collection after March 31 - all unpaid bills are sent to Albany County Finance Dept. as of April 1. Property tax payments may be sent to P.O. Box 148, Westerlo, NY 12193 or paid to the Town of Westerlo Tax Collector during all office hours.
