Town Parks
Westerlo Town Park - located
on the outskirts of the hamlet of Westerlo on County Route 401. Features
include a large pavilion with electric, mens and ladies restrooms with
running water and hose hookup, barbeque pits and picnic areas.
Outdoor activities include:
- 2 tennis courts
- basketball court
- horseshoe pits
- softball field
- Little League ballfield
- volleyball net
- 2 playgrounds (1 for young children, 1 for older children)
- nature trails in the summer
- snowmobile trail
- cross-country skiing
- snowshoeing
Blaisdell-White Memorial Town Park - located in South Westerlo on County Route 401. Features include a small pavilion with electric, portable restrooms, well with hose hookup.
Outdoor activities include:
- 2 Little League ballfields
- basketball courts
- playground
Both parks open early morning until 10:00 p.m., may close earlier during the winter.
