The Court has jurisdiction over motor vehicle infractions and misdemeanors occurring in the Town of Westerlo, criminal misdemeanors occurring in the Town of Westerlo, Environmental Conservation infractions and misdemeanors occurring in the Town of Westerlo, small claims actions, landlord/tenant actions, civil actions and local law violations.

Court is in session Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. at the Westerlo Town Hall. Court is closed on all holidays occurring on a Monday or Wednesday.

Misdemeanor cases are heard the second Wednesday of every month excluding holidays.

Traffic trial night is the fourth Monday of every month excluding holidays.
